Challacombe Square in Poundbury.
Whilst it would be easy to dismiss this new town as a Wimpey estate with a few period features thrown in, it goes a little deeper than this.
The town incorporates office and retail space (including Dorset Cereals) along with a variety of residential units.
Poundbury is s built on land owned by the Duchy of Cornwall and follows New Urbanist principles favoured by Prince Charles
