Guests are invited to walk from the cottage across the neighbouring field, and can explore the woodland below the cottage with its small stream, you may even spot the local deer if lucky! Within easy reach are the popular villages of Frome St Quintin, Maiden Newton, Cattistock, and Evershot, all offering a choice of local shops and good pubs to visit.
The popular towns of Dorchester, Sherborne, Beaminster, Bridport and Yeovil are all just a pleasant drive away. The stunning Jurassic Coast can easily be reached in just under half an hour too.
