Not sure what to make of this building. According to the writing across the top "King Charles II came here on September 23rd 1651" (after his defeat by Oliver Cromwell at the Battle of Worcester)
However given the state of the facade and the rather unsympathetic Cancer Research signs I'd be surprised if it was listed.
