A short drive from Weymouth is Portland with its picturesque harbour. These areas were also the location for the sailing events at the 2012 Olympics. It is excellent for sailing, kite and wind surfing offering world-class facilities ideal for getting involved or just taking in the view. In this area you will also Chesil Beach, a vast pebble beach stretching for 18 miles.
